BPO & AVM SERVICES
AVM Report with Pictures & 360 Street Views
Provides quick snapshot from 1 to 4 AVM sources and includes property pictures and 360 Street Views (when available), AVM value, BPO variance, trending analysis, and estimated portfolio value (EPV). The basic AVM report also includes a dynamic Letter of Interest (LOI) creation program for fast LOI submissions to banks and/or private sellers.

Our reports listed above contain pertinent information for asset valuations specifically, however, often times that information alone is not enough to make a strategic acquisition. We have developed a more comprehensive backend feature that will allow our staff to retrieve additional data.
